Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior - Business Process Outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise assigned engagements while acquiring knowledge of the client's business
- Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and completeness, including note disclosures
- Analyze balance sheet accounts, prepare reconciliations, and perform internal audits to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
- 3-4 years of experience as a senior accountant, preferably in a BPO practice or with an external accounting service provider
- Advanced computer skills with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Ability to supervise multiple engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated self-starter with a dedication to superior client service
