Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of the onboarding and ramp-up experience for new financial advisors, the full-time Senior Business Process Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring a seamless start for new advisors while collaborating with field leaders and training teams to enhance client experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for the Ramp Up new advisor program, supporting various initiatives
  • Lead large initiatives to define business needs and articulate process requirements for effective implementation
  • Continuously assess and enhance the advisor onboarding model based on feedback and performance data
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a subject matter expert capacity supporting medium to large efforts
  • Strong knowledge of advice-based planning models and compliance standards
  • Proven critical thinking and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex priorities
