Senior Business Process Specialist

Job Summary

Leading process reengineering initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist will facilitate training, develop methodologies, and apply process improvement principles while working remotely to enhance efficiency and integration of business systems for the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads facilitation, training, and evaluation of process reengineering across all phases
• Identifies best practices and employs change management and organizational development techniques
• Conducts activity and data modeling, and supervises business process re-engineering efforts

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required
• Seven (7) years of relevant business process re-engineering experience
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority
• IAM Level III certification with EDI/XML electronic data exchange experience
• First-hand knowledge of DoD/Component policies and business procedures
