Senior Business Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product strategy, the full-time Senior Business Product Owner will analyze complex business objectives, define product requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to implement automation solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze business system issues to develop recommendations for process improvements
• Lead meetings to identify issues, advance projects, and communicate product objectives
• Build and prioritize a backlog of product features, ensuring clear descriptions and estimations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience
• Deep knowledge of care management workflows and managed care environments
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and healthcare data exchange standards
• Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred
