Senior Business Product Owner

Job Summary

To support healthcare transformation, the full-time Senior Business Product Owner will analyze business objectives, define product requirements, and manage the end-to-end product strategy for clinical decision automation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex business system issues to develop recommendations for process improvements
• Lead meetings to identify project issues and communicate product objectives while driving sprint and release plans
• Build and prioritize a backlog of product features, ensuring clear descriptions and estimations for technical teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience
• Experience with UM authorization workflows and clinical guidelines
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data integrations and automation platforms
• Experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach preferred
