Senior Business Product Owner

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Business Product Owner, the candidate will maximize business value by managing a prioritized product backlog, translating business needs into actionable features and user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Define business outcomes and success measures for backlog items, ensuring timely delivery and validation of value
• Serve as the primary business point of contact, engaging stakeholders through regular reviews and feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Product Owner or in a product-aligned role within an Agile environment
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, prioritized backlogs
• Experience using metrics and feedback to drive prioritization and continuous improvement
