Senior Business Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Program Manager to lead the development and support of planning tools for sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance planning capabilities to produce partner/seller level guidance
• Coordinate with Finance and stakeholders to cascade targets through downstream capabilities
• Drive user engagement and ensure understanding and adoption of capabilities within the field

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience OR equivalent experience
