Senior Business Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading technical program management across a diverse platform portfolio, the full-time Senior Business Program Manager will define scope and roadmap, partner with engineering on architecture and delivery, and drive end-to-end execution to enhance partner experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program leadership for the partner experience platform, translating business strategy into delivery roadmaps
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment to accelerate time-to-market and improve partner experience
• Define success measures and performance indicators for programs, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience leading large-scale business or digital transformation programs in a technology environment
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making
• Strong planning and strategic alignment skills in highly matrixed organizations
• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight
