• Validate and create database mappings for medical and pharmacy claims and eligibility data
• Provide feedback on healthcare client data file layouts and data integrity
• Define application and database requirements through various analysis methods and create testing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in a business or data analyst or quality assurance role
• Experience in the healthcare field with large datasets of medical and pharmacy claims
• Proficient in creating and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization
