Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to play a critical role in scaling their Sales and General & Administrative organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Business and G&A roles, partnering with senior leaders to define hiring needs and close talent
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to scope roles and align on interview processes and decision-making
• Champion a world-class candidate experience and iterate on recruiting processes to scale as the company grows

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies
• Deep experience recruiting for administrative, sales, and business roles
• Ability to manage a variety of roles and stakeholders across different functions
• Strong consultative skills and proven ability to influence hiring decisions
• Empathetic, proactive partner to hiring managers with strong negotiation skills
