Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Business and G&A roles, partnering with senior leaders to define hiring needs and close talent
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to scope roles and align on interview processes and decision-making
- Champion a world-class candidate experience and iterate on recruiting processes to scale as the company grows
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies
- Deep experience recruiting for administrative, sales, and business roles
- Ability to manage a variety of roles and stakeholders across different functions
- Strong consultative skills and proven ability to influence hiring decisions
- Empathetic, proactive partner to hiring managers with strong negotiation skills
