Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies
  • Deep experience recruiting for administrative, sales, and business roles
  • Ability to manage a variety of roles and stakeholders across different functions
  • Strong consultative skills and proven ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Empathetic, proactive partner to hiring managers with strong negotiation skills
