Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Business Recruiter, the successful candidate will lead full-cycle recruiting for various business functions, collaborating with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs and enhance candidate experiences during a critical growth phase.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, G&A, and specialized teams
  • Partner with executives to define talent needs and align on hiring strategies to meet growth priorities
  • Create engaging candidate experiences that reflect the company culture and values at every touchpoint
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across business functions such as Sales, Finance, or Operations
  • Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments with strategic talent advising experience
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines in competitive markets
  • Ability to manage diverse requisitions while maintaining a candidate-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and structured working style
