Job Summary
To support the growth of Customer Success and Marketing teams, the full-time Senior Business Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborate with leadership on hiring strategies, and build talent pipelines in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for various Customer Success and Marketing roles
- Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles
- Drive outbound sourcing and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Customer Success and/or Marketing
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets
- Experience recruiting for SaaS, developer tools, AI, or high-growth technology companies
- Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
