Senior Business Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the short-term contract Senior Business Recruiter will manage a high volume of requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and drive the full-cycle recruitment process remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from role kick-off to close, including strategic sourcing and pipeline management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on interview panels and hiring decisions
• Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies to engage top-tier passive talent across various platforms

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in high-growth corporate roles
• Strong proficiency in recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Ability to effectively communicate and promote the mission of mental health accessibility
• Willingness to work remotely or commute to San Francisco or New York for in-office days
