Senior Business Requirements Analyst

Job Summary

To support complex solution implementations, the full-time Senior Business Requirements Analyst will collect and document client requirements, facilitate discovery meetings, and leverage modern technologies to enhance requirements gathering while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect and assess customer requirements related to network, software applications, and custom needs
• Facilitate discovery meetings to develop and review the Requirements Document (RD)
• Lead the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) to accurately capture client requirements for project estimates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Technical Writing with 3 years of experience, or a HS/GED with 7 years of experience in financial and/or remittance check processing systems
• Two or more years of experience leading discovery for financial technology projects
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
