Senior Business Risk Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk & Controls Advisor - Horizontal Credit Risk Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management strategies and ensure alignment with business unit risk considerations
• Support execution of risk policies and procedures, identifying risks and control gaps while leading issue resolution
• Engage in regulatory and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk -OR- High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• Preferred area of study includes Finance or Risk Management
• Preferred experience in Project Management or Internal/External Consulting
• Relevant licenses or certifications such as CRCM, PMP, CERP, CAMS, ISACA CISA, or ISACA CRISC
• Knowledge of risk techniques, banking regulations, and operational risk guidance
