Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the First Line Monitoring Program focusing on commercial lending credit approval and loan closing processes
• Provide support to business leadership during audits and exams, managing associated remediation projects
• Drive change management communication among first line of defense stakeholders and identify opportunities for control environment improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or High School/GED with 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidance for large financial institutions
• Experience in developing presentations for Senior Leadership
• Understanding of business strategy and risk profile
• Proven track record of implementing change and persuading stakeholders
