A company is looking for a Business Solution Analyst Sr - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support specialty fee schedule updates for new specialty drugs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage communication regarding specialty drug fee schedule updates
• Execute medium-sized projects and participate in large complex projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement and superior customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or operations in the specialty pharmacy sector
• Technical knowledge of Alteryx and Python
• Experience in specialty pharmacy operations and fee schedule management
• Advanced understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
