Senior Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Solutions Analyst for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing efficient workflows, managing large-scale technical solutions, and mentoring junior analysts while leveraging extensive experience in loan markets and financial systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized workflows for clients and internal partners
• Gather requirements and plan implementations in collaboration with project managers and technology partners
• Architect and drive complex projects, serving as a subject-matter expert and mentor to the team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in financial industry technical projects, including 5 years in loan market-related projects
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, SQLite, Access)
• Deep understanding of corporate bank loans and the full trade cycle
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
