Senior Business Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Partnering with business stakeholders, the fully remote Senior Business Solutions Architect will translate complex business challenges into scalable enterprise analytics solutions, primarily using Salesforce CRM Analytics, while leading CRM Analytics initiatives to enhance commercial performance and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise analytics solutions, including datasets, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Salesforce CRM Analytics and Power BI
• Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics and business intelligence initiatives, guiding solution architecture, technical design, and stakeholder adoption
• Evaluate emerging analytics technologies and drive innovation to improve business processes and enhance analytics capabilities across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 8+ years of experience in enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, including data modeling, dashboard development, and solution design
• Strong technical proficiency in Power BI and enterprise analytics architecture, with experience in leveraging data across various ERP/CRM platforms
• Proven experience leading complex analytics initiatives and providing technical direction to teams
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both business and technical audiences
