Senior Business Specialist

Job Summary

Driving distribution performance and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Business Specialist will analyze dealer performance, develop insights for leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally, with the option to work remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze distribution network and dealer performance to deliver insights on KPIs, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Identify and create digital solutions to enhance reporting tools and standardize performance frameworks
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, and Supply Chain to support strategic initiatives and transformation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced training/certifications preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data engineering, and report/query writing
• Expert level experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
• Continuous improvement mindset with a strong attention to detail
