Senior Business System Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business System Analyst will support, enhance, and implement software applications while overseeing projects, developing project plans, and coordinating resources to improve business practices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct intermediate scale projects or components of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, developing detailed test cases and collaborating with developers on solutions
• Act as a liaison between customers, end-users, IT personnel, and software vendors to enhance technological functionality within operational processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis
• Experience with pricing configuration in NetworX Pricer and for Commercial plans
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS is preferred
• Familiarity with QNXT or Facets is a plus
