Senior Business System Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business System Analyst will focus on AI integrations for Acumatica, specifically building a chat interface that embeds AI into everyday work, while managing complex API integrations and UI design for B2B/ERP systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with product managers and support teams to identify business needs and analyze competitor solutions
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with developers during programming and testing
- Perform acceptance testing, troubleshoot customer issues, and manage product backlog elaboration with product managers
Required qualifications:
- Higher technical education in computer systems, information systems, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in system analysis, software design, and business software development
- Previous experience as a Software Developer or Programming Analyst is a strong advantage
- Understanding of software design principles and the software product lifecycle
- Professional knowledge of English; Russian language skills are a plus
