Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the evaluation of business processes and systems, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will work remotely to gather complex requirements, analyze current and future state needs, and document system specifications that support software development and strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements for software development projects
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts while contributing to solution delivery and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry background
• Proven experience with Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence (WebI)
• Strong expertise with the EASY database system and related data
• Solid background in Agile methodologies, with hands-on use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience implementing AI-driven use cases
