Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR systems Workday, Greenhouse, Xactly, and other supporting HR applications
Configure Workday HCM product, create documentation, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and gaps, and manage delivery timeframes

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience implementing HR systems
Experience with Workday (HCM, Absence & Payroll), Greenhouse, Incent, and other HR systems
Experience with Workday reporting and analytics, and ability to build integrations using Workday Studio is a plus
Experience with Workday Payroll (US & Canada), Extend, Prism, and Sales Compensation systems
