Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements
- Develop process flows, mockups, and diagrams to evaluate approaches and secure end-user adoption
- Facilitate all sprint planning events and backlog grooming
Required Qualifications:
- 8 plus years of experience with business systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical discipline
- Salesforce certifications, Business Analyst certified are a plus along with any other relevant certifications
- Experience developing requirements for moderately to high complexity projects
- Expertise in Salesforce's technical and functional capabilities, and the interest in staying atop of Salesforce updates
