Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements for software development projects
- Analyze and translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile Software Development environment or 2+ years in a technical field in financial services
- Strong Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Experience leading small projects or mentoring junior analysts
- Ability to drive Agile ceremonies
- Basic knowledge of APIs
