Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to enhance digital solutions for Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT liaison for Professional Services, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical solutions for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with developers and IT leadership to design and enhance enterprise systems, primarily in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce business systems analyst, systems administration, or development role
• 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience
• Knowledge of database software and ability to query using SQL or SOQL
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Python report building
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, CS, or a related field (preferred)
