Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the application team and the user community, facilitating communication and coordinating system enhancements
• Define business requirements with the user community to guide systems configuration and development activities
• Provide implementation and production support for software components of moderate to high complexity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Advanced knowledge of Systems Analysis with a focus on customer requirements and software development lifecycle concepts
• Strong background in IT systems analysis and design
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
