Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, CLM.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CLM (Ironclad) and eSignature (DocuSign) systems, collaborating with Legal, Commercial, and IT teams
Lead end-to-end delivery of CLM projects from discovery through rollout, aligning solutions with business goals
Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation and support change management efforts for technology adoption

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience with CLM and eSignature platforms (Ironclad and DocuSign)
Strong understanding of legal contracting processes and sales workflows
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
Hands-on Ironclad admin and workflow configuration experience
Experience in regulated industries such as wearables or medical devices is a plus
