Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (EBS) to support business and technology teams in delivering technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development and support for Oracle EBS R12, focusing on Finance modules
• Manage and implement finance process improvement projects and system upgrades
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, including ledger balancing and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Finance applications
• 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in Finance modules
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and ability to write ad-hoc Oracle SQL scripts
• In-depth functional knowledge of core Oracle Applications, including GL, AP, FA, AR, and CM
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, SOX control, and general business processes
