Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
• Translates user requirements into functional specifications and creates models and documentation for developers
• Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing and monitors IT service levels as per SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience in applicable knowledge and skills
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is desired
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work independently
