Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Sales Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Sales Cloud implementations
- Act as a subject matter expert on GTM sales processes and collaborate with stakeholders
- Drive execution and delivery of system enhancements, supporting UAT and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of IT experience, including software development life cycle
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform
- Experience in gathering requirements and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Proven ability to drive projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
