Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - PEGA.

Key Responsibilities

Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
Translates user requirements into functional requirements and creates system models and documentation
Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitors IT service levels specified in SLAs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience
Experience with data processing and knowledge of health care payer business functions
Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with PEGA is desired
