Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Gathers, validates, and manages project requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Creates documentation and models to guide development teams and conducts user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
• 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with claims analysis and healthcare payer business functions
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate analytical and project management skills
