Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HIM IT support including analysis, coding, and clinical reporting
• Coordinate application changes and maintain technology initiatives with facility stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert for health information management workflows and solutions deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Experience in health information management and Cerner tools
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data retention practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide technology adoption
• Experience in deploying technology solutions to improve patient outcomes
