Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers and validates business/technology requirements to define project impact and outcome criteria
• Translates user requirements into functional requirements and creates systems models and specifications
• Manages requirement status throughout the project lifecycle and plans user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of health care payer business functions
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development
• Ability to work independently
