Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client tech hub locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and processes by collaborating with stakeholders to articulate needs and perform gap analysis
• Act as a subject matter expert to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in business or technology processes
• Document impacts of requirements or user stories and provide ongoing business support while escalating risks and issues as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 12-30 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in banking or financial sectors
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis in Oracle and Teradata databases
• Experience with data pipelines and tools
• Database certifications and/or Informatica certification preferred
