Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to play a senior role within their engineering team dedicated to developing and supporting SaaS technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to elicit business needs and documentation requirements
• Develop clear documentation of solutions including process flows, technical requirements, and user stories
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team, supporting software and QA engineers, and mentor junior analysts

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Mathematics, or 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience writing requirements for enterprise-class software solutions
• Strong experience with SQL and/or No-SQL databases and data analysis
• Experience in a Scrum, SAFe, or similar Agile Framework
