Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Consumer Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple LaserPro Lending applications, implementing maintenance releases and configuring system requirements
• Collaborate with product and business partners to gather requirements and create user stories in Jira
• Provide Tier 3 support for production instances, including troubleshooting and communication with support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience as an administrator or systems analyst for LaserPro Lending
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL and Excel
• Experience with software integrations and understanding API documentation
• Exposure to agile/Scrum environments
