Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support finance enterprise systems and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance to gather and document requirements for systems and enhancements
• Evaluate existing systems for optimization and implement transformation initiatives
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and monitor system performance post-deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business/systems analysis using enterprise solutions
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft products
• Experience with business process improvement and compliance documentation
