Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Zuora Billing / Revenue).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Zuora implementation, ensuring solution design and business alignment
• Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Act as the primary administrator for Zuora Billing and Revenue, troubleshooting issues and managing integrations with Salesforce and NetSuite

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on administration and support experience with Zuora Billing
• 2+ years of experience configuring and supporting Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
• Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process and related workflows
• Solid foundation in accounting principles and knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 standards
• Experience with Zuora APIs and integrations with platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite
