Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support business initiatives within the Global Product Strategy and Operations IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into system, data, reporting, and integration requirements
• Partner with IT and external vendors to manage data quality and operational use of key data feeds
• Develop business logic for KPIs and metrics, and support stakeholder management and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or 3 years with a master's degree
• 4-8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role in pharma/biotech
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy, HUB data flows, and trade/distribution data
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and experience with reporting tools like Power BI
• Deep understanding of the patient access journey and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
