Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to enhance web applications by collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for technology improvements and analyze business impacts of proposed changes
• Lead multiple initiatives using Agile methodologies and produce clear documentation for stakeholders
• Develop user stories and requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with standards

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably with web applications
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with Agile teams, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Working knowledge of analysis and modeling techniques, and experience with testing approaches
• Technical familiarity with SQL, HTML, XML, JSON is a plus
