Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional projects across all Workday functional areas
• Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements
• Capture business process requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems
• Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws, and practices
• Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems is preferred
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize in a fast-moving environment
