Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow security and risk capabilities, serving as the primary BSA for enhancements and platform evolution
• Translate security, risk, and compliance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Design functional solutions across various ServiceNow modules and support integrations with security or risk toolsets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience with SaaS business systems, including at least 4 years of ServiceNow experience
• Experience with security, risk, or compliance workflows such as SecOps and Vulnerability Response
• Strong experience with complex ServiceNow implementations and managing enhancement backlogs
• High credibility in regulated and compliance-driven environments
