Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Partner & Channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends
- Lead IT delivery of key programs for Global Channel or Partner Marketing, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Gather business requirements and convert them into functional IT system requirements or user stories
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a computer-related field with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.com and partner applications
- Experience in large strategic programs focused on digital partner engagement and technology solutions
- Understanding of design-driven user journeys and back-end system data power
- Experience with full-cycle project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- At least one Salesforce.com certification recommended
