Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (IT): III (Senior).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily enterprise mainframe batch execution using ZEKE/ZEBB and process scheduling requests
• Provide expert support for job abends, reruns, restarts, and monitor production schedules for risks
• Coordinate with application teams for CD1 readiness and document all related activities

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ZEKE scheduling is mandatory
• Availability for 24/7 on-call support for production issues
• Experience with ChangeMan and ServiceNow for scheduling requests
• Ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
