Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Enterprise Workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and govern enterprise workflow platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) for consistent use across teams
• Design and maintain structured workflows, templates, and automations to support efficient project execution
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into resourcing, capacity, and operational performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or workflow automation roles
• Experience configuring or administering enterprise workflow platforms or CLM systems
• Strong understanding of workflow design, process improvement, and automation
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Experience supporting system integrations with enterprise platforms such as CRM or financial systems
