Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Define, evaluate, and validate requirements and designs for complex business issues
Coordinate with IT for problem resolution, testing, and software upgrades
Act as a liaison to develop effective technical solutions and support ongoing user inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
Strong knowledge of CareRadius configuration and SQL script building
Experience in systems analysis and coordinating user support
Ability to train and coach others on testing protocols and execution
