Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement technical solutions through business process analysis
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide support for end-user applications
• Develop relationships with clients and IT teams while tracking work tickets and improving user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards for solving complex problems
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and judgment
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
